
INGREDIENTS:
- 2.5 lbs flank steak
- 1/4 cup Cornstarch
- 1 TBSP Minced Garlic
- 1/4 TSP Chili Flakes
- 3/4 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 TBSP Grated Giner
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
- 3/4 Cup Water
- 3/4Cup Soy Sauce
- 1 Cup Grated Carrots
DIRECTIONS:
- Thinly slice flank steak against the grain put into zip lock bag and coat with cornstarch.
- Add garlic, chili flakes, brown sugar, grated ginger, olive oil, water, soy sauce into crock pot. Stir ingredients together
- Add coated steak to crock pot mixture and coat evenly with the sauce.
- Cook on high for 2 to 3 hours, until the steak is cooked through, adding carrots half an hour before cook time is complete.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
