A review of the Driver Pay Scale has been conducted by Management over the past few months. Effective September 1, 2017, drop payouts for all specialized multi-drop loads will increase from $25.00 to $40.00 per drop.
The drop rate for regular freight will remain the same at $25.00 per drop.
The new rates, along with the current mileage and idle incentive programs, for drivers who are on specialized multi-drop loads will increase wages for most drivers on average of $0.03 to $0.05 per mile. This increase will appear on the September 30, 2017, pay. If you have any questions feel free to speak with John.
