Garlic Lover’s Delight

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons stone-ground mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a small bowl
  2. Rub evenly onto 1 1/2 pounds of meat
  3. Let meat marinate for 2 hours to over night

Home-made Teriyaki Marinade

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/3 Cup Water
  • 1/4 Cup White Sugar
  • 1.5 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tbs White Vinegar
  • 1 Tbs Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tbs Dried Onion Flakes
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Ground Ginger

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a small bowl mixing together until the sugar dissolves
  2. Pour over meat
  3. Let meat marinate for 2 hours to overnight

Cuban Magic

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Bulb of Garlic, minced
  • 2 Tsp salt
  • 1 Tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
  • 1/2 cup Lime Juice
  • 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
  • Zest from 1 Orange, 1 Lime, 1 Lemon
  • 2 Tsp Cumin

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a small bowl
  2. Pour over meat
  3. Because of the high acidity only marinate the meat for 1 hour

Perfect Steak Marinade

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tsp Mustard
  • 2 Tsp Minced Garlic
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a small bowl
  2. Pour over meat
  3. Let meat marinate for 2 hours to over night

Cowboy’s Eye Opener

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 Tsp Chili powder
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Fine Ground Espresso Coffee
  • 1/2 Tsp Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1/4 Tsp Ground Coriander
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a small bowl
  2. Rub evenly onto 1 1/2 pounds of meat
  3. Let meat marinate for 2 hours to over night
