Garlic Lover’s Delight
INGREDIENTS:
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons stone-ground mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
PREPARATION:
- Combine all ingredients together in a small bowl
- Rub evenly onto 1 1/2 pounds of meat
- Let meat marinate for 2 hours to over night
Home-made Teriyaki Marinade
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/3 Cup Water
- 1/4 Cup White Sugar
- 1.5 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbs White Vinegar
- 1 Tbs Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tbs Dried Onion Flakes
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Ground Ginger
PREPARATION:
- Combine all ingredients together in a small bowl mixing together until the sugar dissolves
- Pour over meat
- Let meat marinate for 2 hours to overnight
Cuban Magic
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Bulb of Garlic, minced
- 2 Tsp salt
- 1 Tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
- 1/2 cup Lime Juice
- 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
- Zest from 1 Orange, 1 Lime, 1 Lemon
- 2 Tsp Cumin
PREPARATION:
- Combine all ingredients together in a small bowl
- Pour over meat
- Because of the high acidity only marinate the meat for 1 hour
Perfect Steak Marinade
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 Soy Sauce
- 2 Tsp Mustard
- 2 Tsp Minced Garlic
- Salt and Pepper to taste
PREPARATION:
- Combine all ingredients together in a small bowl
- Pour over meat
- Let meat marinate for 2 hours to over night
Cowboy’s Eye Opener
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 Tsp Chili powder
- 1 1/2 Tsp Fine Ground Espresso Coffee
- 1/2 Tsp Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Tsp Dry Mustard
- 1/4 Tsp Ground Coriander
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
PREPARATION:
- Combine all ingredients together in a small bowl
- Rub evenly onto 1 1/2 pounds of meat
- Let meat marinate for 2 hours to over night
