Best Fleets to Drive For is an annual survey and contest conducted by CarriersEdge and Truckload Carriers Association that identifies the best employers in the North American Trucking Industry. To be considered, fleets need to be nominated by a driver or owner-operator currently working with them. Once nominated, information about the company’s various programs is collected and a survey of its drivers is undertaken. The data is then compiled and top finishers are identified as Best Fleets to Drive For.
