Len Dubois Trucking is looking for professional drivers to join our growing Winnipeg team. We’ve increased our pay package with new tiered mileage incentives that reward your hard work. Now, you can earn up to $.50 per mile starting, plus an additional $.06 per mile bonus on your monthly miles.

Len Dubois Trucking Offers Company Drivers:

• Competitive Base Pay: Up to $0.50 per mile starting base mileage rate—the more experience you bring, the more we pay!
• New Tiered Monthly Mileage Bonuses: We pay you more for every mile you run during the month when you hit these goals:
  • $0.02 extra per mile when you hit 9,500 miles.
  • $0.04 extra per mile when you hit 10,500 miles.
  • $0.06 extra per mile when you hit 11,500 miles.
• Multi-drop Premium: $0.02 Premium Mileage rate on outbound multi-drop miles
• U.S. Mile Premium: An additional $0.02 paid for all U.S. miles.
• Cell Phone Allowance: $75.00 per month toward your expenses.
• Recruiting Rewards: Earn even more through our Recruiting Incentive Program.
• Layover Pay: $100.00 for single drivers; $140.00 for teams.
• Practical Miles: We pay on PC Miler practical miles, not the shortest route.
• Reliable Paydays: Paid on the 15th and last day of the month.
• Full Benefits: Health, Dental, and Disability insurance (subsidized by the company).
• Quality Equipment: Assigned trucks (no slip-seating!) featuring late-model Volvos and Peterbilts.
• Cab Comfort: Anti-idle devices and truck idling incentives.
• On the Road Support: Satellite communication, toll cards/transponders, and a $200.00 U.S. cash float for emergencies.
