Toll Rates to Rise in Several States in 2025 – Starting in January, toll rates on roads in Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York are set to rise anywhere from 3% to 15% for passenger and commercial vehicles.
Truckers to pay more as Ohio Turnpike tolls increase in 2025 – Toll increase will be implemented along the 241-mile Ohio Turnpike for both passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles.
362 commercial vehicles inspected during three day blitz in Arizona – On December 1, 2024, the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) released the results from a commercial vehicle enforcement operation that took place over a three day period in October.
Truck Parking
TA opens Wisconsin location with 50 truck parking spaces – The new store is a TA Express located at 1700 E. Bridge Street in New Lisbon, off I-90 at mile marker 61.
Connecticut spending $31M to add truck parking spaces – The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) announced it launched a $31 million statewide project aimed at expanding truck parking facilities at five locations across the state.
MTO continues Rest Area Planning for Northern Ontario – As part of its commitment to supporting the trucking industry, the Ministry of Transportation is continuing efforts to design and build truck rest areas and parking along key sections of highways 11, 17 and 101. This is the next phase in MTO’s plans initially introduced in 2021 to address truck parking needs across the province.
Love’s opens truck stop in Missouri with 62 truck parking spots – The Fredericktown store is located at at 1500 Highway 72 W off Highway 67 between Poplar Bluff and the St. Louis metro area.
