Myth 2 – Companies that give more home time to drivers also give drivers less miles.
Our goal is to have our drivers take 10, 000 miles per month, but let’s face it, you all need days off to reset your hours. If you’re resetting on the road then we think you’re doing it wrong. Time off is meant to be spent at home with your family. We are located in Winnipeg, Manitoba – Canada’s Central Hub. We have regular outbound freight with regular clients which has allowed us to develop relationships with regular clients across North America to get our drivers home. This is why our drivers get home every 6 to 8 days.
Myth 3 – Companies expect drivers to run unsafely.
At Len Dubois Trucking we expect you to run legal. In fact we complete monthly, internal audits to ensure that our drivers are running legally and are in compliance with all regulations. Our Driver Services/Safety department is always available to our drivers to answer any questions about safety and compliance.
